The CFR Access page has been designed by NATC to allow you to
   directly connect with the Government Printing Office (GPO) database,
   which contains the most current published annual copies of the Code
   of Federal regulations (CFR). From this site, you can access any CFR
   or section contained in a specific CFR.

   Remember the GPO does not have current copies of the regulations,
   which are applicable, it only has the current published regulations,
   which may be four (4) to twelve (12) months behind actual regulatory
   changes. Changes made to the CFR you are referencing after the official
   annual publication date will not be contained within these references.
