(NATC) has    developed a detailed training program for those HazMat employees    which perform HM-183 Cargo Tank Inspections and/or Tests.  This    program is designed to ensure that the HazMat employees who    perform such inspections and/or tests, comply with the federal    regulations.    Our training program includes a review and test on all applicable    inspections and tests performed by the employee and required under    49CFR 180.407 including the following types of inspections and tests:         External     V            Leakage     K         Pressure     P                   Internal      I         Thickness   T         Lining         L    Once instruction has been provided on the proper inspection or tests    procedure to be performed the employee is then taught how to complete    the required paperwork and certifications.    While this training program is intended for Registered Inspectors it is a    very valuable program for managers and owners of cargo tank operations.
