        Review of technical information contained on MSDS’s for proper
        DOT description and classification

        Respond to enforcement citations and violations

        Establish acceptable remediation programs to correct violations
        discovered and cited

        Monitor & track expiration dates on required documents

        Represent clients before regulatory agencies as their agent
        of record
